“The staff, especially Patrick, was fantastic and very welcoming. Night staff gave great service and useful tips for getting around KL. Hot water was excellent and Wi-Fi steady. Secure key-card entry was a plus. Location was handy, with restaurants, banks, and shops nearby. Water pressure in the bathroom was strong. The newly paved road in front made everything feel clean and bright. Convenient spots like a Seven-Eleven and a Tea Live shop were close. Jaihind restaurant was our go-to for Indian food.”
